Automation Specialist for Traditional Businesses

I find the leaks in your business and fix them quietly in the background.

I'm the systems guy. I find where a business is losing time, money and customers, then build simple systems that stop it. I've been building business systems since 2022, first as co-founder of a 10-person marketing agency, and now with AI every single day. I've already made the expensive AI mistakes, building far too much and then cutting it back to what actually works, so the businesses I work with don't have to. AI overwhelms most owners. I make it simple.

What I fix

Leads that wait

The inquiry that sat for a day and went to whoever answered first. The quote nobody chased.

Every lead gets a reply drafted in minutes, ready for your OK, and a follow-up on time, without anyone having to remember.

Admin that eats the day

The same emails, quotes and updates, typed out by hand, and the late nights spent catching up.

The repeat work moves to a simple system your team can actually run.

Answers buried in your software

You pay for software that holds the answers, but nobody has time to dig them out.

I connect the software you already have so the answer comes to you. Only then would I suggest anything new.

Customers who never came back

Years of past customers sitting in a list, or on paper, that nobody ever contacts.

They hear from you again, personally. A customer who already trusts you is the easiest one to win back.

Here's what that looks like for one inquiry.

What I've built

My own business helps YouTube creators build paid online communities, so I built these for it first. Here's what each one does, and what the same idea looks like in yours. These are the real screens.

A system that finds the right people, researches them and follows up on its own

It finds the right people to contact, researches each one, writes to each of them personally, and handles the follow-ups by itself, with every reply sent straight to my phone.

In your business: your past customers, and anyone with an open quote, each get a personal message, written the way you would write it, and a follow-up on time, so none go cold.

35,244
YouTube channels my system searched to find the 195 people worth contacting
The system's dashboard: 195 people worth contacting, found by searching 35,244 YouTube channels.
The live dashboard: 35,244 channels in, 195 people worth contacting out. Names blurred.

A system that turns rough notes into finished videos

It writes the script in my own voice, checks the facts, makes the pictures with an AI image generation tool I trained myself, and cuts the captioned short clips.

In your business: what you already know becomes posts and videos, without you sitting down to write them.

5 clips
cut and captioned automatically from one long recording

The matching video thumbnail, made by the same system.
A video page and its thumbnail, artwork included, both made by the system.

An assistant that runs my admin every morning

Every morning at 7 it does the day's admin on its own: it sends the emails and checks for replies. Then a separate AI reviewer grades its work, fixes any mistakes it finds by itself, and only asks me when a person is needed. Everything it knows lives on a private home page I open on my phone.

In your business: the morning admin is done and checked before you open, and you only hear about what needs a person.

450+
pieces of its work graded by the AI reviewer so far, with mistakes fixed as they were found

How I work

Your data stays in your own systems

Nothing gets sent anywhere you haven't approved.

One piece at a time

We start with the thing costing you the most, see it work, then decide what's next.

Your rules, every time

What I build follows how you already do things: your prices, your suppliers, your rules of thumb.

A person says yes

Nothing reaches a customer without your OK, and AI is kept out of the decisions where one mistake costs you a customer.

A real person answers

You talk to me, in plain English, not to a chatbot.

Nothing new to learn

It works inside the software your team already uses, unless something new is clearly worth it.

Something keeps slipping through the cracks?

If someone you know sent you this, they probably think I can help. Tell me what keeps slipping in your business, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can fix it.
